Brookfield/Melton Properties

I notice a lot of houses in this area up for sale. They seem really small, ranging from 19-24 squares including garage which is small.

Just wonderign what people think of this area?

The range of prices in Brookfield appears to be around 330-400 for a house. I think its over priced. Whilst its a nicer area then Melton its still next door to Melton, and the prices in Melton are significantly lower.

What does everyone think of these areas?

Sounds a little overpriced for the area. You could get a house in Tarneit or or Truganina which is much closer to the city in that price range. If you lucky you might even be able to find something around 400 in the Williams landin suburb (Not the estate). If you can spend up to around 450 you will have heaps of houses in WL to choose from.
