Kicked 4 goals yesterday for Springvale and has kicked 10 goals in the last 2 weeks. Almost a certainty to come in and be the 3rd tall in the forward line for next weeks game.

HAmill now in, but i still think Brooks will be given the nod for a FP positionsainter said:I saw most of Springvale's games last year and I was less than impressed with what I saw.
This year he looks like a totally new person. Most of his goals have been come from contested marks inside 50. Best of all he seems to have his athleticism back. After coming back from the knee reconstruction it appeared that he had lost his spring but that's not the case. While he has predominantly played forward, Box Hill's momentum was halted by his move into the ruck during the third quarter on saturday.
Ideally I'm sure they would have preferred to let him gain confidence in the VFL but without Riewoldt and Hamill let's give him a chance. Hopefully Fraser will be better for the run and I'd like to see either Ackland or Brooks played down forward when they aren't in the ruck. Great opportunity for Barry and full marks to the club for showing so much faith in him.
