Haha same would be the biggest troll of the year, would give us so much ammo!!Fyfe 1st, Priddis 2nd...praying for this so hard.
Not yet...Has Joel Selwood actually been suspended?
Hmm I have him on 17. I have the top 5 favourites on:
Ablett - 26
Selwood - 21
Kennedy - 18
Priddis - 17
Pendlebury - 13
He probably didn't get any votes today.Hows that Brownlow looking after Ploddus' shit game against Essendon?
Hmm well who says Joel Selwood might not get it?.did he miss any games or? Always see his name amongst the best players most weeks
On yesterdays game, he really shouldn't even be talked about in the same breath as his other brownlow contenders.
Who are they though?
Fyfe - suspended (27-30 votes)
Ablett - injured (20-23 votes)
Kennedy - injured (15-20 votes)
Pendlebury - injured (12-16 votes)
Selwood - inconsistent (18-20 votes)
Rockliff - suspended (12-18 votes)
Gray - who knows? (10-23 votes)
Franklin - inconsistent (15-18 votes)
I have no idea how much the umpires are going to reward Priddis, or for that matter, Heppell.
If 23-25 is all it takes to win the Brownlow this year Priddis could still be thereabouts (regardless of whether he deserves to be).
He'll still win it IMO.
So you think Priddis will win it?
I'd be interested to hear which games people will think he'll get votes in?
Saints at home, round 3
GWS, round 8
Collingwood away, round 10 (should get 2 votes)
North at home, round 11 (should get 2)
GCS at home, round 13
Saints away, round 14
Sydney at home, possibly, round 16
Richmond at home, round 18 (should get 2)
Adelaide away, round 19
Collingwood at home, round 20 (most likely get 3)
Would be my bet
That only gets him up to 16ish votes though, doesn't it?
Unless you think he gets 3 votes in some of the games you haven't specified how many votes he's getting.
Yeah, like he could very well be grabbing 3 votes in both of those saints games.
He should get a vote or two vs adelaide in round 19.
In the games i haven't specified what votes i think he'll get, it could be anywhere between 1-3 i'm just not sure how the umps would see it.
He's also the type of player that can be rewarded for some of his lesser games (1x21 disposals, 3x24 disposals, 2x25 disposals, 1x26 disposals being his lowest possession games) because he gets so much of it and is in the umpires vision all game.
