Thank goodness that Angel was a good show tonight, getting back to what both shows started out being, good supernatural shows, with a touch of humour & love interest without ruining the whole show with schmaltz.

Spike used to be the best character on the show, now he is just kinda pathetic we have p*ssy whipped vamp NO.2 ladies and Gentleman. Spike has lost all his edge and coolness he once had his character has been going down hill since mid season 5. The whole Spike becoming a good guy because he is obsessed with what he cant have , to me show lack of thinking on the writers parts as to where they wabt the show to go.

Im mixed on this...i loved his character when he was dead set evil but i also love his character now. The only thing that Spike seems to have lost is his fighting ability. I know he has a chip in his head but he can still hurt vamps and demons yet he seems to get bitchslapped a bit....back in the day not even the slayer could slay Spike he was that good....

That post is not only derogatory towards Sandie, but the use of the word "darlin'" in such a patronising way also makes it sexist.
