Only for those who are inflexibly and unforgivingly anti-Butcher. He's earnt a spot in the classic way, by playing well in the reserves when spots are available.

If he comes in at the expense of Howard then he shouldn't come in. His first game was always going to be shaky, especially at a Showdown. Give him a chance against weaker opposition. Playing 1 week in and 1 week out just doesn't work.

Meh. I wouldn't trust that final score. They outrun us in the fourth and the umps basically piled a load of bullshit on. Crows deserved the win but that margin was flattering.

Well Macca did say for 7 of 8 quarters Dixon has been Daniel Stewart, which is harsh. Daniel Stewart was a reliable set shot.
