This is what RFC need to do=
Spend 5 to 10 million now and get the best people to the club and pay what ever they have to to get them to RFC.
New preisdent-someone who has some guts and determination.
New football manager-the best football brain out there.
New coach- get the best,dont worry if they are contracted.
New coaching staff- the best in there areas.
Pshycologist - the best
Captian-go and buy a captiain from another club,if we dont have one
Players-go and buy some players money will bring them
and whatever else we need.
I see this as the only way it will make a change to this clubs culture bet not accepting second best.
It will put the club in debt now but that will come back ten fold when results are produced,which wont take long.
We need to show the football world that we wont accept second best and are going places,this will encourage these people to the club.
This is what carlton have done and look whats happening there, and dont bother nit picking about what carlton did as its the basics of what they did and Pratt did it behind the scenes.
We need people with guts not just people looking for a job.
Our players are mentally weak,which destroys all other skills.
