just noting something thats been touched on a little but i think will be a great help to us this year and is a pitty there wont be byes next year is that not only do we get two byes like every one else but the afl has scheduled two home games before each bye wich gives us 2 25 day no travel breaks then the derby in round 18 gives us another 16 day no travel break, this im sure would be advantages in a long season .

Byes are great for us with the amount of travel we have to do

But i think if from what i hear from the sports scientists that dont allow players to kick footballs too much.
They say recovery is extremely important so best time for us to have byes would be after an away game.

We have the added advantage of not having to come up against Freo after a bye.

It's still only the 2nd quarter but the Richmond/Brisbane game looks like it'll be close which is good news for us. Hopefully the Tigers have to slog it out right to the wire in slippery conditions.

I thought the same. I'm sure the players love spending close to a month in Perth but ideally we'd go -

We've been home for a month pretty much by the time they roll out to Melbourne next week. I hope they boys are switched on. Richmond are starting to play good footy and have a few bona fide stars in Martin, Riewold, Foley, Cotchin.
Send Matt DB to Martin except there could be a black hole formed if they run into each other at enough pace.

Haha Agree with Martin v Deboer
Only problem is Martin likes to spend time forward, Deboer hasnt spent any time there i dont think.
So they would prob put VB on him.

I dont rate Foley saw the game tonight he was shocking barely hit a target by hand or foot all night and was terrible defensively.
Martin is an will be a gun.
Cotchin very good
Reiwoldt gun.
