How good is that 70s funk/soul track on the Cadbury Boost commercial?

I've got a feeling the song is by Teddy Pendergrass - surely the "YOU GOT YOU GOT" on Eddie Murphy's Comedian album is referring to this song?

Not sure of the exact title though, or which album it's on. Anyone know?
