When calculating averages let's say 10 people plus your captain have played and you have scored 1000. When calculating average calculate 1000/11 and not 1000/10 because the captain is really two players. Then when making predicted score multiply the average by 23 not 22 as once again a captain is really like two players.

I prefer to simply use the normal average score of the remaining players to roughly calculate a projected score.

I mean if your ten best players or ten worst players have played first it will skew your score. Unless of course all 22 of your players are worth exactly the same amount!
