Who would chase Milne if he doesn't re-sign. I'm sure someone would but I don't think he'd be chased the way he would've been 12 months ago

If he went into the draft he would be picked up in the 30's somewhere

Don't think any other club would draft/trade for him. Then again, stranger things have happened.
