First, thaks to all for your support of the CrowCast last season. We had a lot of fun and are looking to come back bigger and better in 2016.
On that note, we are calling for expressions of interest for those of you who would like to be involved. We plan to expand the cast in 2016, and make the casts shorter and more concise. The plan is:
End of round wrap up, probably Sunday nights
Early week general cast, focussed on the club and the bigfooty board, probably Tuesday nights
Late week preview, following selection, probably Thursday or Friday nights.
We plan to do some or all of these casts as live casts, following our successful draft week trial.
At the moment, the team consists of myself, NikkiNoo , Peter J and Danoz with WFL at this stage taking a hiatus. Clearly, to cover the format we hope to cover and to give listeners new voices, we need to expand our panel. You don't have to commit to every week, or every night in a week, just be available on a regular basis for a particular night. To participate, all you need is an internet connected device and a decent microphone/headset.
Could those wishing to participate please reply here, with your preferred slot and likely availability. We'll close off expressions of interest at the end of January to give us time to get our shit together before the season begins.
