This is nothing to do with me being a Melbourne supporter...

But you guys are crazy!!

You lose ONE GAME and suddenly the coach can't coach, the players can't play...

You want to sack Frawley, drop Bowden... declare war on North Korea...

Calm the down lads!! One game!!

Thats what makes us Richmond supporters :D

'us'.. speak for yourself :p :D

On friday night i had steam coming from my ears.

Now 48 hours later i realise that melbourne played as good as they possibly can (spoken to 3 or 4 demon fans who admitted as such) and we played as bad as we can. Actually i picked melbourne as 6th in a pre season comp it pick the final laddr positions so i am not surprised.

Went to the North - hawthorn game today as was very unimpressed. Poor game with shocking field kicking and decision making. its good to see a game that the tiges don't play in to get "the big picture". these teams (north & Hawks) are the sides we will be battling with to get a finals spot this year. Well nothing i saw today scared me.

That is the way footy is played these days big turn around from week to week. saints will be a very hard game but not unwinable - followed by Crows, hawks and cats (not in order). All winnable.

I think the first game had a few of us thinking top 4 - but lets just try to win one more than we lose 12 - 10, one surprise win along the way thrown in and we are in the eight. That is the reality of footy for teams with better success rates than us in previous years so lets adopt this attitude.

Besides a few of us might live longer if we do.

Yep, I certainly am a Richmond fan. I started a drop Bowden thread, because I truly believe that is the only way for this guy to make the most of his talent and regain confidence. I was disappointed in the whole teams effort on Friday night, the thing was that Richmond have conditioned my thinking that I half expect these things to happen. Hopefully, this happening so early in the season will shake a few cages.

Bowden to me at one stage actually looked like he was trying hard - a vast improvement on last year. Actually saw him dive under a pack - wouldn't have happened last year.

If he is trying to prove us wrong, he needs a break and not reward these one percenters he's making with dropping to the 2s.

I don't think it "suddenly" happened after one game. It was actually the opposite. There was an brief outbreak of warm fuzzy feelings after the game we won, before a resumption of ongoing outrage after the one we lost.
