Anyone know anything about this story? Is he being added or replacing current staff?

THE Western Bulldogs have lured Cameron Falloon from Geelong to head their physical performance department.

Falloon has a background in soccer programs, including at Derby County in Britain. He replaced Cats fitness coach Loris Bertolacci when he was sacked this year.

I think he might be replacing Justin Cordy, who is now with the Australian Cricket team.

I heard an interview with him when he joined Geelong. He was with Everton for a while, too.

He said he was amazed at the fitness levels of AFL players. Completely on a higher level than EPL players.

He was basically saying that EPL players were overpaid softc***s who didn't work anywhere near hard enough.

would be interesting to know how far a soccer player runs in a game compared to an afl player.

There's certainly no where near the same amount of hard running in soccer but they do play a few games a week some times.

You'd be surprised, when France played a friendly over here a few years back a mate of mine just watched him for 10 minutes, didn't stop running the whole time, and his jog would've been my steady running pace, certainly no slouch.

And players at the stronger clubs often play up to 70 games a year with UEFA competitions, cup competitions and mid-week games.
