Can you believe I scored less than 1800 with this team and I am now 1-2 in my league. Can anyone beat this for bad luck. Did not help having Haselby as Captain

Backs - Shaw McPhee Goddard Adcock Kosi Gilbee Waters
Centres - Power, Haselby, Murphy, Knights, Hodge, Hadley
Ruck - Sandi, Hudson
Forwards - Johnson, G.Ablett, Cornes, Pav, Buddy, Davey, Okeefe

On Bench Have Pettard, Browne, Ellis, Gibson (Worst pick in the team by a long way), Blake, Darcey, N.Ablett, Cockshell (Unlucky to get injuered probably wont get anothet chance for a while)
 
1800 is such an average score.
 
umm scored under 1800 twice in past two weeks so my rankin dropped outa the top 700. super bad luck wid the scores these guys got

Your team is not even THAT good so don't despair about your fortunes... I'm sure there are plenty of better teams out there that have copped a loss on the back of good players having average games.
 
I personally dont think 1800 is SUCH a bad score! a score is good or bad depending on how good or bad your team is going that season. 1800 for someone who is ranked 450th may be a fairly average score but for someone ranked 45000th 1800 may be a really good score. I remember 2 years ago when i did dream team for the first time, i think i only got 1800 once for the season and i threw a party when i did lol all my other scores were 16 and 1700's. its all relative to your team and how you are going that season:)

2117, dont get ahead of yourself - no where near 2150

but it was clearly a ploy by the gods to toy with me - i am their pawn

they give me a good score...and they lead me into a false sense of security and lead me to believe they care for my dt wellbeing

then next week they SPITE ME HARDER than anythhing could of spited me
ye ole 1700 with 2 players combined price of 710k yielding 64 points

btw, 400k in bank> 100

You are probably the unluckiest person I have come across. :rolleyes:

The fact that your centre line is crap could have something to with your score.

I'd be happy with your teams effort your score was propped up by over performances from Franklin, Ablett and Koschitzke which were more out of whack than some of your underperformances.

Having Hasleby as Captain isn't bad luck, it is just bad coaching.

I'd be happy to recieve your comments if you knew what you were talking about. G.Ablett is a prooven good performer who regularly scores above 100 points. Franklin is on the up and up looks like he could average 80 - 100 and Kosi well who knows which player will come out to play. My midfield does need improving but who does not have players that need improving. Gilbee, McPhee, Haselby, Goddard, Hodge all had below par games. Being the expert maybe you should show me your team full of constant performing 22 players

Lewis, Kerr, Haselby, Thompson, Cooney, Lappin

Sandilands, Hudson

J.Brown(c), Pavlich, Hall, Lovett, Monfries, Franklin, Embley (cambell)

been averging 1900 - devostated, guess it cant get any worse.

i dont think your teams to bad at all! Some work on the mid field obviously needed but that can come over time. Midfield doesnt have to be at its full strength for a few rounds yet. Backs are good. Might wanna upgrade kosi at some stage but if he stays in the ruck ypou may not need to. Sanilands is great, maybe wanna upgrade hudson at some stage but again not alot on the market at the moment in the ruck department so that can stay for now. And i think your forward line is very strong:) Probably not the best cash cows but plenty to work with in pettard, abblett and black Good job:thumbsu: a few good trades and your team could do very well for its self.
 
To be honest I must agree with all your comments. Looking to upgrade Murphy and Hadley at some stage with the 150K in the bank plus petterd.

Then again obviously you are a good judge by looking at the team you support:)

I'm not sure how you can say I have no idea for suggesting G.Ablett, Franklin and Kosi overperformed. Well it's pretty bloody obvious they did (Kosi to a lesser extent, he is a dark horse at the moment) they scored probably 40-50 points higher than their average and likely end of year average. So yes that is overperforming.

I'm not saying your team is bad, it's pretty good, but it only takes a few players to underperform to get a bad score. If that is the worst round you have for the year, then you'd be pretty happy.
