One thing that is really starting to annoy me is the fact that Buckley has not handed the captaincy over to someone else!!!

I dont know if this is something the club is making him keep or the fact that he thinks he can still have it???

I want him to come back so much, but its time for him to hand it over to someone else in our younger age group.

MY CHOICES. :D
_____
Heath Shaw?
Ben Johnson?

It's the main thing that gives me confidence that he will come back, otherwise why keep the captaincy unless you were pretty sure you'd be playing this year?

I wouldn't be surprised if Fraser moved or was moved on.

He stepped down from the leadership group and hasn't re-signed.

I don't think this rumour is true. Since that rumour surfaced he has tossed the coin and lead the team out as captain at least twice.

Very Worrying as his our no. 1 ruck at the moment.

the thing worrying me is he is our #1 ruck :D

seriously though, we need a new number one ruck so frazer doesn't have to carry the ruck, he will be much more effective spending time on the wing/forward line

Fev for Fraser what do u think?

i dont understand why people want to give Josh the chop.
Hes a very, very important part in our structure and we wouldnt be able to make an assault on the holy grail without him.

Back to topic.

I believe Heath Shaw will be the next captain of Collingwood. He has the complete package and he demands respect at such an early age.

Man. Tarkyn Lockyer would've been a shoe-in in 2003. Now he's a forgotten man as far as this issue goes. People say, Clement, too old. Shaw, too young.

The only other possibilities I see are Johnson and Fraser.

And from what i've heard, Fraser doesn't want it.

He was also named on the bench the game he tossed the coin. I think it was by necessity, not choice that he did the duty on the day.

If we lost Fraser we could be in big trouble in the ruck division.

We would have to trade him for another ruckman, we would have no choice.

Carlton could want Fraser for Fev as Carlton are worst off in the ruck division.

Not saying he is going anywhere BTW

Morning, Leuenberger

There is no way that the club will let Fraser go...he will be re-signed dont you worry!
