Can you capture audio from a website when it is in macromedia format?

I'd like to download and save some interveiws I've been listening to, but it's one of those set ups where you click on a play button and it just starts playing, doesn't use realaudio or windows media or anything.

You could get a link cable and hook it up to your line in and record it through that.
