F/S players often get excessive hype when compared with their peers, it's laziness by both media and fans.
Last year we were discussing whether we'd need to trade up ahead of the Saints to get Ben Campo for a similar reason.

It's difficult but it depends on the individual. A relative of mine played alongside Luke Jackson for Australia in the U/17 basketball world cup so he must've kept both up almost all the way through.

Would be able to juggle both of these commitments reasonably comfortably atm, if he progresses to NPP level for basketball over the next 12 months then he would have a bit of a decision to make but think football will still be his main focus.

SPP level is a decent achievement but they take plenty of numbers in that program.

Remember when Ben Camporeale was a top 5 pick fancy at the start of 2024? Shows what happens if footskills don't get ironed out or athleticism doesn't start to separate them out.

Just tired of Carlton being the only club that gets dragged through this much, and it reflects an oversaturated media contingent that are a financial burden and don't really have the intellectual chops to produce novel content without holding hands and chanting nonsense fast enough that it casts a spell on the average punter, so they stick to the basics until there's pushback in the form of simple logic.

Absolutely ****ing tragic that some people are earning salaries that would support an investigative journalist or two.

Pendlebury played basketball until u18s. And wasnt it CDT or one of this years top prospects that only started playing footy last 2 years?
