Weitering is a yes guy for Voss so would be favoured. Sam already on account for calling out stuff as it feels. Imagine if this next season goes off the rails; Sam might call it out while Weitering will just say, we move forward...very similar to when a mug punters says "we go again".
This is why I'm so negative. Voss as a senior coach is a big part of our issues. Game plan is clearly outdated

My Opinion only but I think it will stand up with some decent disposal.

Let's face it, not many (if any) modern game plans play accountable footy these days, so no matter if it's Run & Gun, or Numbers around the contest, so as you turn it over you're ****ed.

We just need better ball users so we aren't turning it over anywhere near as much, and also to move the ball quicker.

Having a team full of speedsters is a misconception. Sure it helps, but not everyone is run & carry.
Speedy ball movement with precision kicks means you don't have to endlessly run up and back all day.

Stewart Dew said himself he wasn't a fast runner but no one could out-run his kicks. Of course we need some leg speed but speed of mind making good decisions (Greg Williams, Sam Mitchell) and good execution creates speed of movement.

Exactly.

The over emphasis on Voss's game plan as a major issue is flawed. Pressure and contest are basic tenets of every club's game plan but collectively we didn't have enough good footballers to execute the rest of it; ie as you say too many turnover merchants along with too many one paced players and we are where we are.

I'm hopeful (so many unknowns at this point so can only be hopeful really) we'll be pleasantly surprised next season.

I know Im biased, but how good do players look in navy blue! CC looked so weird in the Swans kit

Because we are a historical club, with a great looking jumper and the best song in the competition.

I remember I went to the Carlton vs Adelaide final at the MCG in 2001, with two Crows supporting family members. Father and son duo. The father absolutely loved our club song and was belting it out at the top of his lungs outside the MCG before the game (whilst wearing a Crows jacket), while his son was getting more embarrassed than I’ve ever seen someone get lol.
