A REBEL Carlton faction is plotting a challenge to overthrow the Blues board. The Herald Sun can reveal the group of six includes former club greats and powerful business figures.

This is the last thing the club needs right now, we appear to have turned the corner and changing the board (or in 2016) isn't too smart.

A takeover like this has the potential to completely derail the momentum & progress already gained.

Even though I am not 100% certain that The Log & Trigg are the right people for the jobs, they have to be given time to show what they are really capable off.

Besides, outside of the financials everything else has been first class.

All Mark needs to do is be quiet and let Trigg run the show off the field, Bolton run it on the field and SOS do his thing regarding the list management. If he can do and just give these guys the resources they need, than he is the perfect president.
