Opposition worked out pretty quickly he doesn't jump, so they stand right next to him at the centre bounces cos he doesn't have the body strength to hold his position. Getting slaughtered.

Lemmey was up against some quality opposition defenders today in Jones, Coffield and Gardner.
Dreadful entries the few times we got it in there, so basically had no chance to make any impact.
He's improved a lot this year though, but the jury is still out whether he's got what it takes. Uncontracted the end of the year and hasn't been offered an extension yet. Wouldn't be surprised if we move him on.

My point is the club has had plenty of chances to debut him the last 2 seasons with Harry and Charlie in and out and chose not to. As we have seen with Moir who was not lighting up the VFL - give a bloke a chance and he may surprise you. I thought this of Lemmey but the club chose not to try him.
I don't think he's been hard done by at all.

Lemmey has played like 4 really good VFL games in his career - and they’ve all been sporadic. Moir played 4 games in a row (in the midfield) where he was in the best handful in the team. Chalk and cheese

If he can get in the field he’s a gun, I’m sure he will get an offer but it will be a lot lot lower I’d say than what he’s on currently
