I have, but as a generic beer goes, it is my favourite generic beer. I brew my own now down at Barley Corn. The way to go. Clean fresh beer and i havnt got a hangover from it yet.

Actually all CUB beers are basically the same. Being a large commercial brewer they are constantly looking to rationalise processes to optimise yield. Rationalisation also typically reduces capital investment, overheads and ongoing maintenance. This is also done to get the best raw material and logistics costs by leveraging economies of scale.

This is what why Carlton draught changed radically in taste about 10-15 years ago. It was being 'pulled into line'.

The best way to look at the range is to say they are just different 'tones' of each other made from the same foundation.
