Situation is very intriguing at the moment, it has become very politically driven with various members lobbying other board members and powerbrokers.

Smorgon, in an attempt to regain support from the remaining board members, may agree to a change in CEO - not sure when this will happen though.

I'm sure you will keep us updated if anything happens over the course of the next couple of months.

Good old Caro was at it again on 3AW tonight stating after talking about the Mitchell/Pagan issues and the fact that she believes that they wont be on the same page that "Would'n't it be an exciting time to be an 18yo at Carlton at the moment!"

What is the woman's problem. She seems totally incapable of giving the club any credit. Personally, I think our 18 - 25yo olds are going to be very excited about the future and opporunity they have to build a great team together.

Cant wait to see what gold the silly old cow comes out with next!

Caro is not a supporter of Smorgon and Malouf. She is also close to Demetriou and is aware that the AFL report conducted recently was very critical of the business strategy, leadership and the performance of the CEO. Hence the continuous criticism.

Despite the situation with the board it is great to see the young players bonding and committing to focus on a successful future. Everything else will sort itself out in time.

Completely agree BT, once we start getting some on-field results, the off-field will take care of itself.
