Faced with the possibility of losing key players Nathan Bock to Gold Coast and Patrick Dangerfield to Geelong
And read no more but it did remind me why i dont read the powertiser they just cant help themselves dig the boots in every chance they get.

Both him and his Father have said hes happy here and aint going nowhere.But when it comes to us and the media in this town sink the boots in oh well least they are in true form

I think i heard that as well,but i was sure i heard D.MacKay had signed...............but dont let that stop them sinking in the boots first chance they get

Had a chat to a commentator on the weekend, who manages a lot of Geelong players etc (You can prob guess who). Said there was absolutely "no chance" Paddy would leave Adelaide, loves it here etc. Also said that Boak was right on both GC and Geelongs radar. He did mention from what he had heard "Bock was getting offered massive dough from GC". So make of all that what you will.

Highly unlikely that Knights will leave.

As good as Bock has been out of all our midages players he would probably be one of the ones I wouldn't mind losing to GC. We'd get a decent pick in compensation you'd hope and we have a few young guys coming through that could fill his role. Phil Davis was doing very well before being KO'd and you have Talia and Sellar who have been playing roles in defense too.

Will be an interesting trade window that's for sure. Hopefully we live up to these claims and go for some good players.

I'd much rather be involved in a straight up trade with the GC than this poaching... We won't get great compensation and we won't see it until 2012 at the earliest.

I've been fortunate enough to see two of his better games in the SANFL and I definitely wouldn't put him in the category of a list clogger just yet.

His form has been inconsistent but when he's on song he looks the goods.

That being said though I would be majorly disappointed if he couldn't get a crack at AFL this year. There's still half the season to go and with the way we're travelling surely he'll get a game sooner rather then later.

For a man who only allegedly reads the "Powertiser" once a week and despises everything it is about, you sure find a way of mentioning it in 50% of your posts. Obsessed much?

Thats a huge call for a tall who is only in his second year on an afl list.
