Food, Drink & Dining Out Catering a BBQ

Trying to put together a BBQ for week 1 of semester 2 at uni and I think that we are attempting to go beyond just a sausage sizzle. Does anyone have any experience in getting catering for this sort of event in the Melbourne metro area? Any names that you might be able to recommend?

I used a company called Barbehire in Sydney a couple of years ago... they were great, you can set a per head price and they cater to it (everything from sausage sizzles to three course roasts).

Not sure if they operate in Melbourne.

Diamond Blue Catering

Can't say I've used them though, so it could be a bit of a gamble. However their menu sounds good and their prices aren't horrible.
