What beer is good and cheap. How much does it cost and can where can you get it.
When i mean good i mean carlton and anything better than it.

You cannot beat Dan Murphy's for price, they are the best. They stock everything too.

If you're underage, then oh well, save up until you're 18, and then buy like a 2 year supply of it :D
 
Toohey's Red 30 can block. Cost you < $1 per can.

Absolute rubbish drop though, but it'll get you drunk.
 
If you want cheap alcohol and you are underage you have to go for the goon. Every teenager has to go through the goon stage.

Got a slab of 500ml cans for $35 the other day. Couldn't believe it.

But yeah, learn about beer yourself. Don't just drink something you don't like because it was recommended to you.

There's a funny thing with beer over here in London.....whilst it continues to get much more expensive in pubs in offies in real terms the price is falling & is not actually that much more than it was over 10 years ago in actual price.

Like 6 big cans of Kronenbourg 1664 for £5.

A pint of 1664 in a central pub can be about £3.60.

Henceforth it's always a good idea to shove a few cans down your throat either before going out, on the journey from pub to pub or pub to club or even sneak a few into the pub & fill your glass up.:D
 
Agree on the goon, not underage... bust still a poor uni student. When i have money I usually get toheys extra dry...

In all seriousness, you can't beat goon. You can usually get specials too, like two 4L goon bags for 12 bucks!! Everyone wins.

Why would you drink something diisgusting just to get off chops, why not spend an extra $20 and actually enjoy what you're drinking whilst getting smashed....The cheapest i ever went was the Woodstock phase for about 6 months, soon found out it was just disgusting...

ALso for cheap drunkeness cant go pass a bottle of Smirnoff, 700ml for like $25 bucks and that will get you maggoted...

I prefer Jim BEam, just about every week you notice a shop has it on special for $50 a slab... And if you want an even finer drink get Jimmy in the 330ml bottles cost $10 odd dollars more but taste much better.....

Also the person drinking the 500ml Amsterdams, you must be Pom, no not because of the name of the beer, but the fact that the last 200ml of your can (especially in Summer) would be some of the hottest beer i would have ever encountered... Just disgusting...

Please people put in the extra dollar or two and actually enjoy a drink...

Mate having a big goon night is good fun when you are 16-18, even if you only work 1-2 days a week you can still afford it. Not every teenager can afford a bloody slab of Jim Beam for $50. Im assuming you never had to worry bout money when you were in high school.

Lived in Roxy for afew years mate and can assure you i have, and most of my mates have never drunk it....

Its very popular now though in the 16-18 age bracket especially within females who are obviously to lazy to get a job... For some reason they are able to drink anything...

Well obviously didnt drink a slab a weekend.... Usually only went out on the one night during the weekend due to football, so eash week was about $25 in grog, surely in the grasps of anyone working atleast 10 hours a week...
