Travel Cheap eat's in Tokyo

I'm headed back to Tokyo for the first time in 6 years this July and would love some tips on cheap eats, etc? I know the basements of buildings is a fairly good place to start, but what about sushi & ramen at street level? I am staying in Asakusa.
