I didn't give him my number. He must've got it from my workmate.
I'm thinking leaving it so long truly means friend-zone, but not sure.
I did ask her if she'd heard any feedback from him.Yeah but he said this.
"Hi, sorry not to have contacted you earlier."
You must have said something to your work mate.
Who was more timid. You or him?
Not yet lol-have been looking at the message for a while though. And more importantly.
Have you responded?
Did you like him?
That is a really good thought. I'll sleep on it, but do like the ideaI would go back with "JUST friends? lets have lunch on the weekend. Just us. Might be fun"
If he is timid you need to cut him some slack.
He might become un-awkward.
Pick somewhere for lunch that makes cool thin crust pizza. Something nice and easy. Or something like that where you feel comfy.
If he says no to lunch. Easy. Move on.
Are you from the Dan Quayle school of spelling?*
Slow cooked tomatoe, with chorizo (not from any supermarket) on ciabatta here.

That would be my thoughts.sounds like he isnt interested, but if it was me i would not have text if i wasnt.

Oh crap. Lucky I didn't see these posts before I got brave and sent him a text about meeting for lunch on Sunday! That would be my thoughts.
If you were interested you'd get a number at dinner surely.
Unless he was the one who asked the friend for the number. And even then you'd call not text.
Is it a Scottish made show coffeelover?Yes. My Scottish family and I have been watching out for thisHope it is not a let down , esp for them .
That does sound great- I guess if you travel often enough, you could build up quite a bank of friends who also like to travel! Do you think you'll do a similar trip around that area again, CL, or are you more likely to head in a different direction next time you decide to travel?Very cold where we are. Home is going to look good , , unless we change our mind . Interesting the number of local people we have /or are meeting on our travels . Same footy club likes, mutual friends, or knowledge of same people . Have been amazed really at the number of people moving around. It can be done so cheaply these days , if necessary.Strange, and heartwarming, to get texts or calls when either party does have phone connection to ask if one or the other will be at Bourke, e g on such and such a day , " if so , wait a bit longer , we will come there"If the other party has no phone reception for a week or so, can get interesting !!

My daughter got up at 5:20 to watch the OC.Anyone have an interest in the Commonwealth Games?
I had no idea they were on already until I'd heard the opening ceremony review on the news today![]()
Ok, I get what you're saying.Excellent!
I still would have sent the text if I was you. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
, will let you know if I do.Oh wow, that's keen. Did she like it? Anna Mears (?sp) was the flag bearer I believe. My daughter got up at 5:20 to watch the OC.
She will be stuffed tonight.
Ok, I get what you're saying.
I thought 'screw it', not going to leave myself wondering what might've been.
Haven't heard back yet, will let you know if I do.
