another great get by myself who chose him as the 1st goalkicker at the TAB...18/1 wasn't bad.
thats the 4th of the year for myself...a nice little collect on the back of "my man" dawesy!!
can't believe when i was apart of the "bring dawes in" mob 6 weeks ago we were laughed at...was plain to see we needed a tall forward in weeks ago.
even if he doesn't take 12 marks and kick 6 goals he actually brings a backman to him. with anthony having a man, cloke having one and dawes having one it means there would be more chance of an even spread of goals.
i'm just happy mick finally gave the kid a go, once he gets his kicking right he could turn out to be the pick of the bunch (out of reid, rusling and dawes)
jmac also impressed with the grunt work he displayed in the middle.
chris dawes 1st kick = 1st goal.
john mccarthy 1st game = 1st time being a victim of a reported incident.
