I thought Ablett was protected, (which I know he is), but no where in the league of Judd. That tackle on anyone else is HTB.

There was a few others on Judd which were similar, I thought the one on Ablett in the 3rd was a definite HTB, but looking at the replay it doesn't look like it. He handballed right at the last moment.

I agree though, that the Ling tackle 'should' have been rewarded.

who cares,ablett is the best goin around at the moment,dorks supporters are deluded if they think buddy is even close.regardless of how you guys have played this year JNR plays at his best,has eyes in the back of his head,never misses a target,tackles hard that stick,creates goals from nothing etc etc

What is really impressive, both players at their peak break tackles so easily but Judd is actually a pretty big unit while Gaz was shrimp enough that he was rated a mid 2nd round pick back on draft day (hazey memory of that). Tiny man breaking tackles like that is superb.

Notice Selwood has mastered the Chappers style plant the feet and shrug the arms to slip opponents tackles above his shoulder to force the free kick? What a star
