How long is he out for? Last night they were saying he'd be out for the standard 21 days, but then I saw him on channel 7 this morning and he said it was just a twinge and isn't as bad as first thought.

However I'm still hearing that he'll be out for a couple of weeks. Anyone know for sure???

It didn't look good when he went off.
He walked towards the boundary and then he tried to run off but couldn't.
He played fantastic footy and was in charge of the entire back half - what a pick up he has been.

any more news? afl site is hardly reliable but they were listing it as a corked thigh but that seems the third of two possibilities from what ive heard. hopefully only miss a couple although im sure he'll be disappointed at missing this week's game against his old side.

They think it may be a back related hammy as he complained of soreness in his lower back before the match. Hope this isn't the case though as this can be a chronic problem, ex-Geelong midfielder Liam Pickering had the same problem among others.
