Seems these days its every blokes favourite pass time. To be honest people that do this have no idea about football.

Jason Cloke: OK he has played 50 odd games of football and at the moment he stands in limbo, when we had the mid field and forward line pressure we could use him as a loose man or a 3rd tall defender down back and he did a pretty good job and everyone thought he was a decent footy player, at the moment he plays to loose and needs to be more acountable but he is certainly good value for where we selected him in the draft and a decent back up if a defender goes down like Presti or Wakes.

Cameron Cloke: Seems like everyone has had a go at this bloke this year for some reason but for me i love the way he goes about his footy, sure he is cocky arrogant but he is 20 years old. He is playing in the toughest positions on the ground, playing in the ruck and when he gets a break there he plays a key forward role. Some how people are forgetting this kid has played 12 games of AFL football. But apparently he is no good and cant cut it. This guy will be a very good AFL player. Everyone raves about Franklin, Delido, Williams well these blokes have done just as much as Cameron in his first 5-8 games. Cam Cloke needs time to develop as a footy player and as a young man but he will be a very good player and all those that bag him out will know they have no idea about footy when it happens which i can tell you is only a season or so away.

Travis Cloke: This kid is very much like Cameron was in his first few games, aggressive, hard, skillful and smart. Sure he does look a bit more polished than Cameron but i think thats more because he has a definate role in the team and a structure position rather than cam who is swapping a lot during a match. Once again though i dont think we will see the best of travis for at least another 2 seasons. Must build his endurance as he needs to be able to make those multiple leads. Watch out though when he can and when we can get a Rocca, Tarrant, Didak, Rusling and T. Cloke forward line look out.

completely agree with you bobneil130. your analysis is pretty much spot on of the boys and we do forget how little experience they all have. they ALL have the potential to be very good, at least, AFL footballers, just give them time. C2 and C3 have had to step into the side at very difficult times without the players around them to ease them in. many people overlook this and should be considered more readily by the "cloke bashers" on BigFooty.

I am a big fan of Jason Cloke and was very disappointed he got dropped, but he had no spot which sort of justified that to me. Cam Cloke is not a favourite of mine, despite me being called Cam Cloke this week due to my haircut. I think Cam has got the potential to become a great footballer, but to be honest, his arrogance does let him down. It is good to see a 12 game young gun have that sort of approach but he has been concussed more than twice in his 12 game career. He does like the tough stuff though. Travis is by far the best. He has disappointed with his accuracy, but he has the ability to kick 55-60 metres. Sends the ball either in the hotspot or to the line from outside 50. A great player to have on the list, and to be performing. Only played 4 games himself.

he has spent quite alot of time in the ruck, which i dont think he's suited to very well....

When he played as a KPP player in the first 2 quarters against richmond, he was doing alrite...
 
the 3 clokes are pretty much all KPP player moulds, and how successful they are in these positions in future remainds to be seen. But lets wind the clock back abit, back in the day Presti was subject to ALOT of criticism, was considered by many to be lucky to keep his place in the side. Look at him now. Bulked up abit, abit of discipline into his game, and he's become the rock in our defence.


Let the boys develop i say..

C3 has played 5 games of footy. Where was Riewoldt after 5 games, apart from carrying the reputation of being the No. 1 pick?

Jason will be back some time this season..interrupted pre-season, got a crack in the seniors, played well first game back, struggled next game, fair enough he was back at Willy but he played pretty well down there and i think when he is required they will pick him...he isnt in footy limbo

Cam, as someone said, will take 5 or so years to fully develop into a genuine KP player for the club...like his attitude, and with Fraser and Richards out at the moment there is no reason why they shouldnt pick him and develop him...Walker has had the extra year or two to develop than Cam, and i think Walker might be best served with a spell at Willy to get some confidence up

Trav looks the goods, loved the goal he kicked on sunday, handball receive 48m out, spun and kicked, very nonchalant, classy...hopefully a lot more to come
 
If i was on here just to give you guys the ********s i would just say all three brothers are hacks. But i dont believe this. Travis looks the goods. The other two will not be up to Afl standard and you should stop wasting your time playing them. This is a unbiased opinion. I also watch Cameron play TAC footy with Eastern Ranges and didnt rate him then aswell.

If you want a serious discussion about players we will compare Cameron Cloke to Will Minson. Minson plays one good game and gets big raps. Cloke has had several of these "Will Minson good games" yet because he is a Cloke he cops a caining. I would say that if Cam Cloke was playing for the Dogs and did not have the Cloke name he would be getting big kudos for his "Potential".
 
Let's put a patent on Cloke bashing, then we could sell tickets. I'm tipping the club would make alot of money. Why is Cloke bashing so popular? :confused:

Not good buddy, but atleast i can admit he s a bit of a hack. But i guarentee he will play better in the backline than J and c cloke put together, its just that he cant kick straight for goal.

The doggies are acctually in pretty good finacial shape atm compared to other clubs and with this new $21million development being built at the Whitten Ovel that will be way better than your poxy Lexus Centre. I would say our future is looking bright compared to yours, wooden spooners.lol
