Nathan coahed his vic country side to a premiership saturday against south australia.

cant wait when he takes over especially when most of our young players start to get into their prime with more experience and Buckley using his knowlledge of the game will help even more!

Odds are a couple of the kids he coached in that under 16's side, and the ones he coached against, may end up at Collingwood.

Great to see Bucks winning a flag, even if it is as a coach of an under 16's side.

Wonder when he "Officially" starts at Collingwood, there should be pomp and ceremony as he enters the Lexus Centre.

November was stated as the start time at the original announcement of his appointment & I'm pretty sure that when people were saying that he should replace Scott for the finals duty, he said no I'm starting in November.
An added note to all those people calling for a cull of our list, how can you write off kids like Sharrod etc. when "All I can be" Bucks is soon to join us? If he can instill any of his determination to self improve into these kids, then the sky is the limit.

Having Bucks back at the club next year is going to be huge. He'll be cracking the whip for a flag from day one.

Good point, especially with the compmised drafts coming up, Buckley's insight on these Vic Country youngsters may prove invaluable...

I would expect alot of them on our list in 2 years.
