Why the f**k is the coaching staff being moved around like a magnetic board. Surely when you've done a good job, like Harvey last year with the backline, why would you move him to the forwards coach. And who on earth is the midfield coach, coz he is hopeless.

Midfield coach would be Broadbridge.

Harvey should go back to the Backline coach, after all he did play as a backman not a forward and he did such a good job last year.

r u sure, I think it might be German now !! It was Broadbridge last year, and hence my point.

Thanks Pistol. Maybe we could go for a Board Position together. It couldn't be that hard, we couldn't do much worse.

Broadbridge is a dead set fool. Anyone who has seen him talk thinks likewise. I don't think our midfield was playing that well last year, our defense was dominating towards the end of the season though. Anyone who thinks the solution to our midfield problems is "bigger bodies" around the ball is an idiot. But that is precisely what Broadbridge is advocating, and why dinosaurs like M Carr are still getting a game.

That's all great. But is Broadbridge the midfield coach ?? Or is it German ??

thx. This is the bit that I took particular interest in :

"while German will handle much of the day-to-day operations concerning the zone, including rotations, clearances and set plays."

Now from my limited knowledge, I don't think German is up to it. Subi League Coach last year, and now in charge of the most important part of our makeup. Am I wrong ???

Our clearances and set plays were a disgrace against Brizzy, and they've got a few young pups in there !!

Yes, it seems that dumb and dumber aren't going too well. The only team we've gone well in the clearances was melbourne, who are neck and neck for the spoon.

What the **** is broadbridge doing with computers and stuff to warrant a full time job? I can understand why German was bought in though, our set plays seem to be non existant, seems like we've gone backwards though. Consider that the Hase (our best clearance player) was out for most of last year, and now hes back, our performance has been pretty piss poor.

Got beaten by WC (doesn't everyone?) and got smashed against Brisbane.

If you are going to rant at least get your facts straight. We comfortably won the clearances against Adelaide and broke even against the Don & Port.

Prior to yesterdays game our clearances had definately improved since last year.

I've been underwhelmed too Belnakor when I've heard Broadbridge speak. Malaxos is a donkey aswell.

I was referring to Harvey leaving the backline not broadbridge being a good midfield coach.

I don't know about b/even against Port. they kicked 9 straight or something, didn't they. Thats not breaking even.

whats that got to do with clearances??

Poor disposal into the forward line and a lack of pressure in the back line caused that.

I'm sorry boss, but I bet that out of the nine goals they kicked in a row, they all would have directly come from clearances. Its becoming apparent, that once you get the clearance a scoring shot eventuates.

I was at the game that day and it was the clearances from the centre. Port just kept winning it out of the middle and the quick movement from the clearance enabled them to kick the nine goals. If a team gets a clearance the forward 50 is practically vacant so easier contests down there.
