Monday night I went to my Chiropractor and he tells me a similar thing. TW has 5 weeks (rnd 5) to get things on track. Of course i'm surprised to see a similar thing here. Oh, Chiro's source is a patient who is a senior team players manager. Also said players have lost confidence in TW. Time will tell.

So the players dish up that crap last week but it is them who lose confidence in the coach?

How ironic.

Whether its rumour or made up - right now it is very clear that we will have a new coach next year with an interim sometime in the next few months.
If you're over 25 and your name's not Richo, Tuck or Newman, I'd be very nervous.

I thought that was pretty good to. I really don't think he would b/s me about rnd 5 though, like I said time will tell, Ideally we win the next 4 games and we will never know.

One of the real tests of any team is how they cope with adversity...finger pointing is avoiding personal responsibility. Everyone involved (coaches and players, staff etc) having a real long hard look in the mirror after last week would be the way to go IMO. I'd expect much of that has taken place in past week.

Whats the big deal with Campbell anyway? Sure, he was a decent Richmond footballer and captain, but what has his apprenticeship involved - I'm not sure if he can bring back the grit that the Tigers so desperately need.

Again we are shooting ourselves by already putting a line through TW. Rumour or no rumour, we must rely on the board. We all know the scenario, make finals or bust.

Anyway, thinking the other day if it did come to the end of the year and we opted for another coach, would we be wiser to go for a young coach? I haven't heard enough about Campbells record with assistant coaching but what about some of these guys:

Gary O'Donnell
Damien Hardwick
James Hird
Matthew Knights (when is he out of contract with Essendon?)
Chris Scott?
Blake Carrot Seller?

I'm not sure Blake would be the man to give us grunt, but I think O'Donnell, Hardwick and/or Scott could more than inject some bite on the field for us.
Anyone else young with bite? I'm assuming no Buckley as he's coaching the Vic's U16's or something.
