Yeah it's Francou first year with the crows he left Sydney at the same time Dew left.

Great to see our coach can finally bring his own people in.

Dew and Francou have a long working relationship playing together at port then coaching together at Sydney

I know nothing about Francou's coaching ability.
But Adelaides year didn't go exactly to plan did it.

Nevertheless, if Dew can bring together his preferred group then I think the unity will spread. I'm not sure we've ever really been a 'team'. The bonding of the young guys this year and a coaching 'team' might be the turnaround.

I don't know I was told those 2. Dew was very popular and had some very strong relationships with players at Sydney. Some were not impressed with the spray they copped at half time in the Suns game Longmire lost the plot and crossed the line apparently.
Post match was even worse apparently.
