Never rated him at all. Mopey, negative sook.

I'd always consider a failed senior coach looking to rebuild a career. They tend to have some attributes that at least make them good assistants and bring some experience to the table.

Average coach who loves a whinge, but will give him credit for at least sitting on the other side of the fence and taking up the role he did with the AFL. Most just fire shots but never actually try to change things, he gave it a crack.

Interesting to note on tradies podcast.
They think that if Solomon doesn’t get the coaching gig at Essendon he will go back to the suns as a senior assistant under Hardwick.

I actually thought he was decent at North, because that list wasn’t exactly awesome and if it wasn’t for a bullshit free kick to WC in front of their home crowd in the prelim he makes a GF

If Brad took over the ridiculous Geelong list and not Chris. We probably talk about him differently. The mopey attitude really annoys me. He can go back to the AFL, the sport wasn’t completely cooked when he was there

Makes sense. There were premiership teammates in Essendon's backline so there's obviously an existing relationship there.
