I've seen some truley outstanding bands in the last few years (radiohead muse REM) but Coldplays 2nd show in Brisbane is the best I've ever seen.

GREAT show!

Going to the Sunday Melb show...set lists look good...altho not a big fan of Yellow and the Scientist as others..might duck out for a pee then

Saw the Melbourne show tonight. Didn't pay to go and I wouldn't have paid big bucks to see it, but it was very impressive. You hear about so many shows big bands put on that disappoint because their heart just isn't in it, but they were great tonight. Definitely wouldn't mind seeing them next time they're down.

Went last night (Sat night) in melbourne. What an absolute ball tearer. Was fantastic but I am a big fan. Worth every cent. Was on thre floor about 6 people in so very close to the action. Will never sit in a seat again for a concert. was first time I thought I'd give this a go and had the best time.

Wait and see what they do with 'clocks' - the crowd went off, it was brilliant.

Shane warne was actually in the crowd last night and after Chris Martin announced he was there the crowd went into a frenzied chant of 'warnie' it was brilliant. Can I say anymore about it.

If you get a chance go and see it even if the seats are on the side in restructed as it is fairly open and didn't look that restricted to me.

Didn't play trouble last night (spewin as I love that song). Should have played that instead of don't panic to be honest.

it's actually quite cool what they do with yellow....

Went last night in Melbourne. Martin's just got so much energy on stage, was a brilliant show. Was a touch on the short side, but they covered all the "must plays".

Set was very similar to what lincsPJ had posted for other gigs (spoiler here?), but not identical (Didn't hear X&Y, How you see the World (i don't think) or Trouble, but they did play What If - so maybe it was a couple of songs shorter). Fix You was an awesome finish.

Strange they don't play The Hardest Part live given it's their current single. But they might vary the set for the other Melbourne shows.

Overall 8.5/10. The Rush of Blood songs still sound the best live and brought the house down, as much as i love X&Y.

How good were Youth Group, it was funny that all the teenyboppers didnt care about any of their songs, but then they went off when Forever young came on

Went last night and it was fantastic. Martin is a great performer

Set list was basically as above, my friend thought I was a freak when I told him what the first few songs would be as well as the closers!

Pretty much the same as me. I went on a free ticket and whilst I like Coldplay, I probably wouldn't dish out to go see them. However, they put on a mean live show and Martin was much better than I anticipated him to be.

Tremendous show with a ripping encore.

You mean when he ran up to the top level to thank all the people sitting up the back, I thought that was pretty cool!

Yep he did this in Adelaide too.
The show was everything I expected it to be.....brilliant.

Cant wait for the next album;)

My Mum went to the concert last night and said it was crap. She said Chris's voice was out of tune and the venue where it was held was shocking :thumbsd:
