I'd drop the selection panel that isnt dropping the players... we just need to get rid of some of the long term useless non contributors...

The skill level is so bad... we need to draft skilled players. I question the recruiting staff more and more. The high profile first rounders that we have drafted recently have had no impact..

People keep clinging to his one ANZAC Day performance each year and extrapolating that one performance to cover him for the season. Swan, along with about 12 others are playing like players who know they won't be dropped.

THAT'S where I'll criticise Bucks. He needs to grow a set. Dropping a player like Swan sends a message to both him and the list. You think it's a coincidence Kennedy was the only player who appeared to care?

Because he's had to claw and fight his way into that 22. Swan has been average/terrible in all but one game yet still gets picked.

Yep.. selections have been very ordinary this year if you ask me.. Been very conservative. I would've dropped Cloke for a spell too.. EVERYONE has to know they WILL be playing VFL if they continually underperform. But instead we have sent the opposite message this year and shown that games are gifted to some (Adams) to justify trading decisions, and to others because they are favorites (Blair); or like Cloke, Ball and Swan.. considered too big to drop.

This feels awful. We are not playing well; but underperforming? Maybe. Maybe not. Most didnt pick us to win this game - including many on here. And then we lose, with no forward line, kick 9 or 10 points straight, Gold Coast are three men down. Thats footy, thats Collingwood, take you up and then let you down. Happened before, will happen again. Lost 3 of last 4 games: major reality check.

You try so hard to be clever all the time but fail.. is it some kind of compensatory thing that you need to just latch on to what others say and try to ridicule it but never EVER say anything yourself. I'm not trying to be clever. I leave that guys like you. I'm not ridiculing anything. I'm just like everyone else in the forum. I'm agreeing that we need to sack somebody or drop some players or trade them. I dont understand why I keep getting misunderstood. Maybe I'm saying things the wrong way. I know that I sometimes change my mind about what we should do. One minute I like a player and the next minute, I'm calling for him to be sacked. It's hard to be consistent when you're upset. I'm just a passionate supporter wanting the best for the team. I must admit that I haven't read your posts but I'm looking forward to seeing your suggestions.
