A little insight to what type of compessation a team might get for a player in gary ablett's calibre.
Just a thought if a team finishes last qualifies for a 1st round priority pick and nominates the same year as the one they will use the compensation pick they could get pick 1,2,3 of course they would loose a quality player but pick 1, 2 and 3 in the same year WTF.
Another scenario would see a team loose a great player finish first and end up with picks 16 and 17 compared to picks 1 and 2 for the team that finishes last, very unfair if you ask me. To top it off if another team uses their compensation pick they get pushed back even further.
