A well liked, team orientated type who just shows up and gets the job done.
Every team needs a Mitch Duncan.

He had a period mid-10s to early-20s where he was a genuine A-grader, and kind of underrated by the broader footy community (I think he was actually rated as the best field kick for a while, too). His best may be behind him, but players like that provide invaluable on field leadership in their latter years.
