What is it about Possum that stops him from taking the next step?

Seems to have all the attributes you could need; speed, agility, height and a great kick but just can’t seem to put the full package together.

Why is he cameo man instead of being a match winner?

His knee tendonitis could be a factor as to why he can't take the next step resulting in possibly loss of confidence levels due to this injury.

His confidence levels are down by the looks of things. He looks like he is starting to get confident again by some of these performances he's been having.

Here's hoping that his 100th game will boost his confidence right up.

He has ability to be able to take the next step and I'm afraid that if he can't take the next step and play consistently we may have to let him go. Which is a shame because he has the skills.

Ashcroft's 300th game was away and we lost it I think.
