You just gotta think about these things logically, of late the bulldogs carlton and collingwood concede more disposals than any other team so it is therefore not unreasonable to assume players playing against those teams will pick up a few more possessions than they usually would.

Sydney easily concede the least possessions to the opposition so I would not want select a captain who is playing the swans. I expect the Richmond Collingwood game to be pretty free flowing this Friday so I maybe a Richmond player, not sure.

Name one that you'd consider good enough to be a captain though ;)

I have wondered about this, I intend to go week by week but at this stage it's been the same player both weeks with good results. It would be interesting to keep a record of how much your captain scores each week through the season then compared it to if you had have stuck with one player for the whole year.

Ok, well the Demons are struggling and Neitz and Robbo are out for a month so a Geelong half back or on-baller would be ideal: Ling or Bartel for my money.

Carlton plays Essendon so one of the Essendon players would also be a good choice, McPhee, Lucas or possibly Stanton.

From Collingwood Richmond I think H Shaw is a great choice, but you cant deny Ben Johnson who traditionally has wracked up the points against them.

My personal preference this week will be hodge if I'm cautious, and if I'm taking a punt: Lovett or Deledio probably Lovett though. Don't like to make any decision till the very latest time.
