With clubs needing to use 3 picks in the draft, and Freo looking to elevate Crowley, Warren and Duffield, the senior list needs to be trimmed down by 6 players.
I would think that Woodsy will be shown the door; and I would think that the others will come from a selection of Andrew Siegert, Dylan Smith, Luke Webster, Daniel Haines, Andrew Browne.
Does anyone know that contractual status of any of these guys? Or any others that are unlikely to get a chance at the top level.
There are other candidates who could be "let go", but contracts for another year prevent that from happening - unless traded. And among the rest, I can't see there would be anyone of real interest to other clubs.
I also think that any trading will be player for player - not player for draft pick, as CC has already said that they will possibly just use 2 picks to draft young guys, and the third to re-draft someone. So they won't be after any more draft picks - possibly just to upgrade the ones they have.
Anyway - my question in short form is, who is "eligible" for delisting? Anyone know?
