Option 1 There is a mutated virus on the loose which is so deadly and contagious people can not be out. Don't know about you but that would scare the shit out of me.

Option 2 Virus is no biggie. But at the behest of 1 politician and unelected bureaucracy you can be held under house arrest without charge on a whim without any debate checks and balances and scientific verifiability. Scares me more than a virus

It is one thing for people in a footy forum to not think. When it's your own premier that is frightening. With all the experience education and army of advisers to still not be able to get any coherence is staggering

Yet update they showed no symptoms.

What time do you think they film the news? No way you can read that with a straight face. Unless you are an abject sociopath.

However I am near certain media is under a D notice anyway so maybe building ratings by hyper sensation.

Nah don't watch news, clicked on msn to see what was going on in the world and saw it there.

I showed stats before to show that if this so called UK strain was so contagious then the actual UK would be sky-rocketing and not plummeting in cases, just more bullshit to keep the masses frightened to make them charge the jabbing centres when they open for business even though it won't stop them getting sick and they will have to keep wearing grotty masks and locking down.

So there’s no small gap between the bottom of the door and the floor for the virus to escape?

Are these hotel rooms decompressed chambers of some sort?

She made it sound like the room was pressurised with the virus and then when the door was opened it released into the corridor, when was the last time you opened up a door to a room and got met with a rush of air like it was a gale force wind. Does it really surprise you though hearing this shit from medically unqualified public servants, there must be medical professionals out there who when they hear this shit just shake their heads in disbelief.

9 news could say "corona virus dressed as santa, knocked security out with a 2x4, kissed the receptionist then infected people unknowingly in a medihotel room" and idiots would want to beef up security to flush out the new mutant santa strain
