If I started a 'Game' board I would set it so posts on that board do not reflect in post counts. These name games etc are often carried on simply to boost post counts.

Best idea to ever come from this board.
How about moving the existing such threads into said "Games" board, and watching the peanut gallery bleating about their post counts being cut in half.
In fact, why not just go the whole hog and disable post counts in all threads in the General Talk board.

2) Where bored people could post ( many posts say 'I am bored')

Bluey! Can we please have a Bigbrother board? I think that would go well as the new series is started, and when that is finished, I was wondering I running an interesting Bigbrother bigfooty style on the boards myself!

Can you make it so that if you post in that board (games) your post count goes backwards?
If they are not concerned by post counts, then they wont mind playing the games and watching them go backwards
