I seem to be having an issue with not being able to post threads despite having a fully active account. This is rather annoying because I can't create threads about what I want to discuss. Anyone know why I'm having this issue?

Once you reply to other threads a number of times, you will get the privilege to post new threads.

This helps us combat spam.

But if that fails, what's my next option? Would you recommend I open a new account with a new username and email address through VPN? How long can a ban last? Barry Hall was allowed to play again after a king hit on Brent Staker for example, and I'm positive whatever I did back in the day to get banned was much less of an offence than that.

You do what you need to do.

We find that the reason people get banned is the reason they can't hide their new accounts: their own behaviour.

I think it was 10 but I can't remember exactly
