I'm pretty sure the Fox guys said that the docs think it's bruised ribs.
He was vomiting blood, so bruised ribs might be the least of his concerns right now. Never good to see a player get so badly hurt. Had shades of Lonergan to it for sure.

Hird says Dempsey will fly back home tomorrow but no damage to organs and will have further scans. Shouldn't be kept out of action too long.
Would be massive loss for Essendon if he misses games.

After listening to Paul roos for 3 hours its scared in my brain I can talk about anything footy related without mentioning just how good the swans are and how courageous Adam goodes is
