With Cousins' future now in limbo, is there a tiny possibility the Dees may make a play for him with say the last pick of the national draft or PSD?
I am hoping he gets another chance to play AFL and originally ruled us out completely, but I must admit maybe it might be worth more consideration.
PROS:
There's a lot of factors in giving it a yes/no but just trying to see what others think....
I am hoping he gets another chance to play AFL and originally ruled us out completely, but I must admit maybe it might be worth more consideration.
PROS:
- He would be desperate for ANY chance to play AFL footy and would love the club that picks him up for giving him that chance.
- He would be desperate to prove his doubters wrong.
- Being the first tagged every week would be a god-send for Brock, Jones etc.
- He would show our youngsters exactly how to train hard and push themselves to the limit every training session.
- He would give the club a lot of media exposure (positive).
- Would come at very little expense (salary-wise and draft-pick wise)
- Only two or three years service at best
- Injury concerns
- He would give the club a lot of media exposure (negative)
- IF he's still up to his old tricks he would be a bad example to our kids.
There's a lot of factors in giving it a yes/no but just trying to see what others think....
