hey guys i was down in albury a few weeks back adn noticed this guy...

just wondering was he anygood??? from wat i have been told he didnt get much of a go!!!! is this true???

thoughts please!!!

I think we rookied him in 2003 or so. He was a tiny onballer/backman, who played about 7 games I think. Considering where we were in 2003 he probably should have played more. Him and Sipthorpe who I thought was a bit of talent at the time

how did he go in those matches?? was his size the only thing that let him down from becoming a player that was successful in the afl???

Hang on, i get it, its you isnt it Doug? ;)

FYI, i never rated Ednie, only Sipthorphe. He was massivly talented as a junior.

most definetley dude. He was a super star as a junior, he was the next big thing as a junior, he was the next about to happen legend as a junior and with that he forged a long and illustrious AFL career. P.S, did you happen to see Loundner as a junior too? ;)

Made Jake King look like a GIANT. Too damn small. And we have had a few. Stuart Griffiths anyone?

He was talented but tiny and lightly framed. In an earlier era he probably would have been damn good at the highest level. Like the 6'1" full forward, the game passed his type of player by.

I'm not surprised he's doing well in country footy though. Guys like him would dominate.
