Yep. It's what Cats are also doing with Scott too. He's not due back until just before the season opener.

Fly came back last week. He had a couple of extra weeks after the Xmas break.

This is smart leadership by clubs IMO.

Footy departments are packed with assistants these days and it's probably considered an ideal time for all - coach, players and club - for them to take a Kit-Kat.

I think so.

It's a good time in the pre-season cycle. S&C is still the prominent element of training and the assistants are well versed on what the coach wants to be able to take the reins for a few weeks.
